Though I don’t take other insurances I partner with Mentaya- a company that can get you reimbursed 50-80% for therapy using “out of network benefits”.
Superbill- You can use Mentaya to upload past superbills from this year in bulk, and they will submit claims for all of the sessions on your aggregated superbills. This can help you meet your out-of-network deductible this year and get reimbursed for therapy.
If you would like to use your insurance, I’ve partnered with Mentaya. Mentaya can take care of all the complicated insurance paperwork, so you don’t have to worry about submitting claims yourself. It is platform that simplifies the process of getting reimbursed for out-of-network therapy sessions by handling all the insurance paperwork and claim reimbursements on your behalf, essentially allowing you the access to therapy while potentially receiving some financial relief through your insurance plan.
To see if you qualify for reimbursement, you can use this link:

If you qualify, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year. You can sign up using this link:
Mentaya is perfect if you:
• Have out of network benefits

Do you provide Good Faith Estimates?
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to provide individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or a Federal health care program, and not seeking to file a claim with their insurance via superbill or via an in network provider, with a “Good Faith Estimate” if expected charges at the time of scheduling health care items and services.
A “Good Faith Estimate” explains how much your medical and mental health care will cost over the period of time you are in treatment. Under this law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are choosing not to use their insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. Please note that if you are submitting claims to insurance for an out of network provider, you will not receive a Good Faith Estimate, as you are using insurance to pay for all of or a portion of treatment.
