Hi, I’m Kayleen. I’m a Mexican-American Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner of Insightful Connections Marriage and Family Therapy. My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and collaboration. I believe therapy is a powerful space for healing, growth, and deeper connection—with yourself and others.
My intention is to walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey, helping you make sense of life’s challenges while honoring your unique story. I specialize in working with adults, teens (13+), and couples, offering both virtual and in-person sessions.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my family, reading a good book, and enjoying great food.
